Donna Simmonds – Founder & Director of Seahorse Associates Ltd

With over 35 years of experience across health and education, including leadership, management, training and development, I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to Seahorse Associates Ltd. Throughout my career, I have developed and delivered training programmes, supporting people with a wide range of needs, including individuals with additional support needs. I am passionate about making learning accessible, inclusive and meaningful, recognising that everyone has different strengths, abilities and ways of learning. My experience has given me a strong understanding of people development, team leadership, disability awareness and the importance of providing the right support to help individuals achieve their potential. Through Seahorse Associates Ltd, I bring together my experience and passion to offer training, education, consultancy, coaching and mentoring to individuals, businesses and organisations.

My approach is warm, friendly and practical. I believe in listening, encouraging, sharing knowledge and helping people find the confidence to move forward. Based in Cornwall, I offer local services and online training and support across the UK.
